CityGIS has been supplying Geographic Information Systems for control rooms for 20 years. Starting with the first GIS for the control room in Apeldoorn, GIS now supplies 85% of the control rooms in the Netherlands and 6 emergency centres in Belgium. For services in Belgium, we have also developed a Call-taking & Dispatching system. By using open standards and a modular structure, we are flexible in linking with other systems.
Our emergency room products are designed to make the emergency process from notification to arrival on location as efficient as possible. All our developments are done with the same goal: providing a shared operational image in order to gain as much time as possible for the best possible emergency assistance.
