Categories of personal data and processing purposes
CityGIS B.V. processes the following data for the following purposes:
– Processing requests: In order to be able to process requests (by telephone, via the website or by E-mail), the following data are processed: Name, E-mail, Position, Address, Telephone number.
– Processing orders: When processing orders, we use the following data: Name, E-mail, Position, Address, Telephone number, Name, Account number.
– Human Resources (HR): HR processes application letters, CVs and certificates. For a number of positions, this can be further supplemented with an assessment and a Certificate of Good Conduct. (VOG)
Legal Basis
Citygis B.V. processes personal data if permission has been given. This is the case, for example, when a contact form is filled in on the website. Furthermore, CityGIS B.V. processes personal data if this is necessary to establish or execute an agreement with a customer and/ or supplier. This is the case, for example, when a quotation is requested. We also store data that is necessary to comply with our legal obligations.
Sharing personal data
In some cases, CityGIS B.V. will share personal data with parties that play a role in the execution of agreements such as suppliers. We enter into processing agreements with these parties in which it is laid down how the parties must handle the personal data.
